Cancellation Policy
You have the ability to make any changes, reschedule, or cancel your appointment through the booking app up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a 50% charge of your booked service or services. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour window of your appointment please contact me directly through text or DM.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment your card on file will be charged for 100% of the service or services that were booked.
If you are going to be late for your appointment please contact me with your ETA. The service begins at your scheduled appointment time. If you are late some or all of your service(s) may not be able to be completed dependent upon your ETA. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be refused service at my discretion.
